PeopleNewsTime Digital Subscription Terms

1. Eligibility

Digital Subscriptions are available strictly to individuals who are physically located in the United States and have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

2. Your PeopleNewsTime Account

To purchase and manage a Digital Subscription, you must maintain an active PeopleNewsTime user account. Each account is strictly individual; only one person may utilize the email address and credentials associated with an account.

You represent that all information provided during registration is current, complete, and accurate. Your account and any associated Digital Subscriptions are personal to you and, to the extent permissible by law, cannot be resold, licensed, or transferred to any third party. If you notice unauthorized activity or billing errors, you must contact our Customer Support team immediately.

3. Digital Subscription Framework

A Digital Subscription grants you a term-limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access premium content and distinct site features for personal, non-commercial use. Your subscription does not constitute a transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights over any part of the Site’s content.

PeopleNewsTime reserves the right to modify the type, structure, pricing, content, and availability of any Digital Subscription tier at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If financial authorization is revoked, denied, or expires, your corresponding access privileges will be locked or suspended immediately. These Subscription Terms are governed by, analyzed, and enforced under the domestic laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal claim or dispute arising in connection with our billing or subscription properties must be resolved exclusively within the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

YOU AND PEOPLENEWSTIME MUTUALLY AGREE THAT ALL RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE LITIGATION ACTION TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If a court of competent legal jurisdiction rules that any distinct clause or structural fragment within these Subscription Terms is void, illegal, or completely unenforceable, that limited section will be severed cleanly. The remaining terms will remain completely active, valid, and legally binding.
